RepsArena ("we," "our," or "the App") is a fitness matchmaking mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We retain your workout and match data for up to 24 months. Historical performance data may be anonymized and retained for analytics. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days; anonymized data may persist for statistical purposes.
RepsArena requires users to be at least 13 years old (US) or 16 years old (EU). Users under these ages are not permitted to use the App. We do not knowingly collect data from children under these age thresholds.
We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDA) 2023. Your consent for data processing is obtained at signup. You may withdraw consent and request data deletion at any time through in-app settings or by contacting us.
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data in transit. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device (iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences). We do not store passwords; access is username-based.
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law. The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective when posted in-app. Continued use implies acceptance.
By downloading and using RepsArena, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (US) or 16 years old (EU/EEA) to use RepsArena. If you do not meet this age requirement, you may not create an account or use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information during signup and to keep your account information current. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
RepsArena and all content (including designs, logos, code) are the exclusive property of RepsArena. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
By using the App, you grant RepsArena a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your display name, profile data, and workout/match history for app functionality, analytics, and improvement.
RepsArena is provided "as-is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, engaging in fraud, or compromising app integrity. Termination may be without notice.
The App may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for external content, privacy practices, or service availability.
RepsArena is a fitness game, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any fitness routine. We are not liable for injuries sustained while using the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.

RepsArena contains no prohibited content including: hate speech, violence, sexual content, gambling, unauthorized financial transactions, spam, or misleading representations.
The App does not employ click fraud, fake engagement, or deceptive monetization. All features are accurately represented in the app store listing.
All content in RepsArena is original or properly licensed. The App respects third-party IP and does not infringe trademarks, copyrights, or patents.
RepsArena does not contain spam, excessive ads, or repetitive content that degrades user experience.
The App does not exploit device resources (battery, storage, CPU) excessively. It does not make unauthorized calls, send SMS, or access system features without permission.
